What we collect. Only what you type into the enquiry form on our Contact Us page: your name, email address and message. We don’t take orders, bookings or phone numbers through this website — those happen over WhatsApp or a phone call that you start.

Why. Only to read and reply to your enquiry.

Where it’s kept. In our private business records, which only our team can access. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for marketing.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete your enquiry, email or WhatsApp us and we’ll remove it.

Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

Health information. Please don’t share medical details on this website. Your dietitian discusses them with you privately during the consultation.
